Clearaway has expanded its services in Southland

In a bold move that is set to reshape HWR’s waste management offerings, Southern Transport recently announced the unification of its waste division, Joes Refuse, Clearaway Skips, and the newly acquired AllWaste under a single, revitalised banner: Clearaway.

This strategic amalgamation wasn't just a change in name—it marked a commitment to elevating services to new heights. By combining the expertise, resources, and innovative approaches of these respected brands, Clearaway positioned itself to offer unparalleled waste management solutions tailored to the unique needs of the community and to differentiate Southern’s bulk cartage and logistics services from its waste management services.

In the weeks following the announcement, a visual transformation began as the fleet, bins and facilities adopted the new Clearaway branding. While the look is changing, the quality of service and the familiar faces customers had come to trust remained the same.

This unification marked the beginning of an exciting new chapter in Southern Transport’s history. Clearaway positioned itself not just to adapt to the future of waste management, but to help shape it. With combined strengths, innovative spirit, and deep-rooted local values, Clearaway have set out to establish new standards in the industry.

Clearaway has expanded its services in Southland by increasing their curbside collection runs from Dipton southward with the introduction of a 'one-armed bandit' truck. They have also welcomed two additional drivers and acquired over 3,000 new customers. The future looks clear with Clearaway now on board.
