Drivers are the backbone of HWR.
They need to drive safely, so we need to teach them to drive safely. Our Driver Trainers train and develop our drivers across the Group, so they can be safe and qualified. As a Driver Trainer, you’ll cover training and assessment and work closely with managers and dispatchers to ensure our fleet of drivers remain up to speed and know everything there is when it comes to driving their truck.
